Lustery Affiliate Program: Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lustery's Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your participation in our affiliate marketing program.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • Affiliates are prohibited from promoting Lustery using illegal, unethical, or spammy methods, including unsolicited emails (spam) or misleading advertising.
  • You may only use the promotional materials provided by Lustery. Custom banners or text links are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Lustery.
  • Affiliates must not promote Lustery on websites that contain illegal, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content.

3. Commission & Payments

  • You will earn a commission on valid purchases made via your affiliate link, tracked through our system. Commission rates and details will be provided upon signup.
  • Payments will be made upon receipt of invoice, and the minimum payout threshold is $100.

4. Inactive Affiliates

Lustery reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for 6 months or more, without any payment of commissions accrued during this time.

5. Unclaimed Revenue Clause

If you do not claim your affiliate revenue for a period exceeding three (3) years, Lustery reserves the right to forfeit the unclaimed funds. You will receive a reminder before the forfeiture occurs.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent activities, including inflating traffic, using fake redirects, or generating fake sales. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination, with forfeiture of all earnings.
  • Advertising via adware, spyware, or similar software is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using Lustery promotional materials and remove all links to Lustery from your website.

8. Changes to the Agreement

Lustery reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the affiliate program after modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
